By accessing or using Phony.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Phony.ai is an AI-powered tool that makes phone calls to businesses on your behalf. The Service searches for business contact information, initiates phone calls using AI voice technology, and provides summaries of call outcomes.
You agree to use Phony.ai only for legitimate business inquiries. You may NOT use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for all calls made through your session. The Service uses automated screening to prevent misuse, but this does not absolve you of responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Phony.ai from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator of Phony.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason — including suspected misuse, violation of these terms, or excessive usage.
We log all interactions (messages, calls, screening decisions) and may review them to enforce these terms. Calls are not recorded; however, AI-generated summaries of call outcomes are retained. Repeated violations will result in automatic temporary or permanent bans. Evidence of illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.
The Service is designed for calling businesses, not consumers. By using the Service, you represent that the phone numbers you provide belong to businesses, not individuals. The operator is not responsible for TCPA violations resulting from users providing personal phone numbers.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
